About the Role
We are looking for a Paid Search Executive to join our Performance Marketing team at iwoca. This role focuses on managing, optimizing, and scaling our Paid Search channel to support the growth of our core lending business.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns
- →Develop growth strategies for Bing Paid Search
- →Explore new search opportunities with ChatGPT Ads and additional Google properties
- →Ensure excellent account hygiene and campaign optimization
- →Create and analyze landing page experiments
- →Develop compelling ads that reflect our brand tone
- →Monitor performance across keywords, landing pages, and creative assets
- →Report on channel performance to stakeholders
- →Collaborate with Acquitech to ensure data accuracy
Requirements
- ✓2-3 years hands-on experience with Google Ads
- ✓Strong understanding of Paid Search dynamics and metrics
- ✓Ability to design and run A/B, multivariate, and geographical tests
- ✓Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret complex data
- ✓Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail
- ✓Creative thinking and ability to identify opportunities
- ✓Strong communication skills and commercial acumen
