About the Role
We are looking for an experienced web designer to join iwoca, a leading UK fintech, to own and steward the visual identity of our public-facing website. This role involves bringing our brand to life online, managing and evolving our website design system, and designing layouts, pages, and graphics.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and implement reusable components and page templates
- →Make key decisions on fonts, layouts, and other design elements
- →Lead on elevating and upholding our brand narrative
- →Collaborate with teams across the business to bring new products and ventures to market
- →Work with analysts to uncover insights that inform design decisions
- →Develop solutions with the community of iwoca designers and frontend engineers
Requirements
- ✓Apply core design principles confidently and creatively
- ✓Have a good understanding of HTML and CSS
- ✓Have a systematic approach to design
- ✓Balance commercial, resource, and technical constraints
- ✓Strong Figma knowledge
- ✓Experience building and maintaining websites in Webflow
- ✓Experience developing a design system
- ✓Basic JavaScript or TypeScript knowledge
- ✓Experience using animation in design
- ✓Experience working in the B2B or finance space
