About the Role
We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our Dictionary Media Group products team at IXL Learning. This role involves working with product leaders, designers, and engineers to refine product designs and implement solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work with product leaders, UI designers, and engineers to refine product designs and identify solutions
- →Write and communicate product requirements and conduct product reviews
- →Partner with engineering teams to clear unexpected roadblocks during implementation
- →Gain domain knowledge in educational technology, digital advertising, and online publishing
- →Develop a strong understanding of users’ learning goals to channel user needs during product development
- →Coordinate with teams across functions to share information and provide clarity on product and project status
- →Manage multiple, often competing priorities and projects
Requirements
- ✓BA/BS degree in a STEM or related field
- ✓1-3 years of experience in product management
- ✓Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical analysis, A/B testing, SQL, and/or Looker
- ✓Growth mindset with a can-do attitude
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Familiarity with UX principles and user journey
- ✓Prior experience in EdTech is a bonus
- ✓Proficiency in Spanish and/or French is a bonus
