About the Role

Join HubSpot’s Platform UX Team to design at scale. This role involves shaping the foundation of our core experiences, focusing on delivering a product that lets businesses focus on outcomes rather than understanding how the system works.

Key Responsibilities

→Tackle cross-product problems and define, design, and steward experiences that span the entire platform
→Bring systems thinking to craft by shaping, evolving, and contributing to our design systems
→Leverage and shape AI features by ideating, designing, and experimenting with AI and automation
→Collaborate and lead across functions with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Researchers, and Content Designers
→Measure and iterate for real impact by defining success metrics and iterating relentlessly
→Foster a bold, inclusive culture by elevating team craft, mentoring others, and sharing feedback
