About the Role
We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our Rosetta Stone team at IXL Learning. This role involves advancing our language learning product, focusing on boosting learner engagement and refining internal systems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Discover, define, and deliver a wide range of product features
- →Collaborate internally to evolve the product and determine which developments make the greatest impact
- →Design simple, elegant, and robust solutions that address customer needs and align with the broader business strategy
- →Collaborate with design, engineering, and quality assurance teams throughout the end-to-end product development process
- →Provide ongoing updates and recommendations to Product and company leadership
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM or related field
- ✓1-3 years of product management experience, preferably in EdTech, Enterprise SaaS, or related field
- ✓Effective communication and collaboration skills, especially with Engineering, Design, and QA teams
- ✓Passion for crafting and communicating product vision across the organization
- ✓Strong focus on user journey and experience, understanding both consumer and enterprise perspectives
- ✓Proficient in wireframing product concepts to visually communicate ideas and iterate on designs efficiently
- ✓Proven ability to manage projects adeptly, adjusting tasks and priorities to meet evolving business needs
- ✓Comfortable in a dynamic, lean team environment where adaptability is key
- ✓Learning mindset, embracing challenges with a can-do attitude
- ✓Self-motivated and proactive, taking initiative without reminders
