IXL Learning is seeking an Implementation Specialist to join their Professional Learning team and support mid-size districts in Pennsylvania. This role involves partnering with educators to transform teaching and learning in classrooms, schools, and districts.
Key Responsibilities
- βPartner with district leaders to provide implementation support to mid-size districts
- βCollaborate with school and district partners to create and implement a professional development plan
- βTravel regionally to support assigned districts, including facilitating in-person professional development
- βDeliver high-quality live and virtual professional development sessions
- βAnalyze and use data to drive decision-making and strategize next steps
- βPartner with the Sales team to effectively manage and grow customer relationships
Requirements
- βBA/BS degree
- β5+ years of experience teaching in a K-12 setting
- β2+ years of experience providing professional development
- βExceptional presentation skills
- βExcellent interpersonal skills
- βOrganized, methodical, and detail-oriented
- βSelf-starter and quick learner
- βStrategic thinker and problem-solver
- βMust live close to a major airport
