This position is an integral member of the Commercial Finance team. Business partner to Sales and Marketing teams providing analysis and transparency to drive better commercial decisions and ensuring speed to market, thereby, driving efficiency of spend and optimizing profitability. Commercial Business Partnering • Business Partner to Regional Sales and Marketing teams to analyze performance and profitability. provide insights to support management decisions; challenge assumptions and provide insights that drive growth and margin improvement. • Support Sales ahead of annual retail negotiations through analysis, preparation, and joint meetings with Key Account Managers • Support marketing in the preparation of business cases for product launches, investments, and strategic initiatives; Support post launch evaluations • Support other commercial business cases for CAPEX projects and monitor financial hygiene of project till completionFinancial Planning, Forecasting & Analysis • Manage timely input into S&OP • Lead commercial performance reviews for relevant markets and brands, highlighting risks and opportunities • Periodic update of financial reports for management, sales department, and commercial finance team, and support the financial processes (periodic results, forecast and budget)Digital Finance & Process Improvement • Support automation of reporting and planning through BI tools and ERP integrationsGovernance & Controls • Contribute to yearly closing and reporting and preparation of statutory audits • Monitor trade spend and financial control on rebate agreements; Manage trade accruals in close collaboration with Key Account Managers; Manage financial implications within ERP in collaboration with the Financial Accounting Team
