About the Role
We are seeking a National Accounts Manager to manage and improve sales results and operational execution for all National Accounts. This role involves implementing the companyβs sales policy and achieving annual volume objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- βManage and improve sales results and operational execution of all National Accounts
- βImplement the Companyβs sales policy, adapting it to the clientβs situation
- βDefend PVPs, negotiate net invoice amounts, and introduce new products
- βDevelop annual activity calendar and set annual JBP Meetings
- βDevelop other projects such as Management by Category
- βAchieve annual volume objectives based on the companyβs sales and promotional policy
- βOversee the expansion of sales and implement the perfect sales strategy within the channel
- βOrganize visits to current and potential clients
- βConduct frequent visits to warehouses within Turkey for business and customer relationship development
- βPrepare sales forecasts for clients
- βRegularly manage each clientβs budget, seeking maximum payback for each action
- βClose follow-up of both category and competition within the sector
- βAnalyze the coffee and tea market in Turkey and the sales activities of competitors
Requirements
- βExperience in managing national accounts and implementing sales policies
- βStrong negotiation skills and ability to defend PVPs and negotiate net invoice amounts
- βAbility to develop annual activity calendars and set annual JBP Meetings
- βExperience in developing projects such as Management by Category
- βAbility to achieve annual volume objectives
- βStrong understanding of sales and promotional policies
- βExperience in overseeing the expansion of sales and implementing sales strategies
