About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Web Designer to join the Marketing Design team at Jane. This hands-on, strategic role will help lead the design execution behind Jane's next-generation web experience, working closely with engineering and marketing to build a modern, flexible, and high-performing web platform. The position sits at the intersection of brand, UX, and technology, playing a critical role in shaping a future-proof foundation for how Jane shows up online.
Key Responsibilities
- →Raise the bar for Jane’s web experience by delivering accessible, performant, and beautifully crafted UX and UI
- →Lead the evolution of Jane’s marketing website design system, creating scalable components and patterns
- →Translate Jane’s refreshed brand into a cohesive, expressive, and usable web experience across thousands of pages
- →Drive large-scale website redesign work with care and pragmatism, balancing quick wins with foundational improvements
- →Own web design outcomes in close partnership with engineering and web marketing
- →Collaborate deeply with partners across Web Marketing, Brand, Content, Growth, Product Design, and Engineering
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of experience in web, product, or systems design, with SaaS experience strongly preferred
- ✓Proven experience leading large-scale website redesigns or platform transitions
- ✓Deep expertise in design systems, component libraries, and CMS-driven web experiences
- ✓Strong UX foundations paired with polished visual and interaction design
- ✓Solid working knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
