About the Role
We are looking for a Software Developer to join the Clinic Marketing team at Jane. This role involves building tools that help clinics market themselves and grow their businesses. You'll work on products like Jane Websites, marketing analytics, and integrations with other marketing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and ship features across our product suite, including Jane Websites, integrations, and marketing analytics
- →Solve complex technical problems with pragmatism and bias to action
- →Collaborate with product, design, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into clean, maintainable code

- →Mentor and support teammates by modeling excellence and doing thoughtful code reviews
Requirements
- ✓2-4 years of professional development experience with depth in at least one technical domain
- ✓Solid understanding of API development fundamentals (webhooks, REST principles, etc.)
- ✓Proficiency with Ruby on Rails is a strong signal, as we're building and maintaining a significant Ruby codebase
- ✓Experience with React or another modern frontend framework
- ✓Ownership mindset and bias to action
- ✓Ability to handle ambiguity and communicate proactively when blocked or when scope changes
