About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our team at JBS. This role will work closely with clients and internal departments to ensure successful deployments of solutions on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
- →Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the internal team
- →Engage with clients and prospects in pre-sales efforts
- →Monitor and maintain key project dates and deadlines
- →Facilitate meetings while providing agendas and clearly communicating outcomes
- →Employ proactive communication strategies to address potential roadblocks
- →Proactively manage changes in project scope and identify risks
- →Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of project management experience, including leading Agile projects
- ✓Strong technical understanding of software development concepts
- ✓Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and manage complex software projects
- ✓Deeper understanding of Agile and Scrum principles
- ✓Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities
- ✓Excellent communication skills with a high level of follow-up
- ✓Experience interfacing with external customers at all levels
- ✓Ability to compile technical requirements and implementation details
- ✓Attention to detail in documenting effort estimates and project dates
- ✓Confidence to work under pressure and solve disputes
- ✓Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technology
- ✓Demonstrated ability in applying project management discipline
