About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our team. This role will work closely with clients and internal departments to ensure successful deployments of solutions on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
- →Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the internal team
- →Engage with clients and prospects in pre-sales efforts
- →Monitor and maintain key project dates and deadlines
- →Facilitate meetings while providing agendas and clearly communicating outcomes
- →Employ proactive communication strategies to address potential roadblocks
- →Proactively manage changes in project scope
- →Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of project management experience
- ✓Strong technical understanding of software development concepts
- ✓Proven ability to navigate ambiguity in custom software projects
- ✓Deeper understanding of Agile and Scrum principles
- ✓Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- ✓Excellent communication skills with a high level of follow-up
- ✓Experience interfacing with external customers
- ✓Ability to compile technical requirements into customer-facing documents
- ✓Attention to detail in documenting effort estimates and project dates
- ✓Confidence to work under pressure and solve conflicts
- ✓Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technology
- ✓Demonstrated ability in applying project management discipline
