About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated leader to join our global Paid Media team at Jellyfish, a global digital marketing agency. This role involves overseeing digital campaigns and guiding paid media practitioners to exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide support and collaborate with local and international teams
- →Nurture positive, collaborative working relationships with clients, colleagues, and third-party suppliers
- →Oversee a portfolio of digital campaigns and provide guidance to paid media practitioners
- →Manage and monitor the production of client-facing reports and presentations
- →Collaborate with Media Strategy and Client Management teams to drive innovative solutions
- →Achieve continuous improvement by assessing working relationships, practices, and methods
- →Support the company's corporate culture and ethical standards
- →Maintain an in-depth understanding of the digital landscape and emerging formats
Requirements
- ✓Fluency in English with excellent written and spoken communication skills
- ✓Structured and methodical working habits with the ability to prioritize tasks
- ✓Leadership experience in paid media department
- ✓Training and personal development planning for team members
- ✓Adherence to Jellyfish business processes and procedures
- ✓Professional behavior, attitude, and results
- ✓Confidentiality and discretion
- ✓In-depth knowledge of technologies and processes involved in running paid media campaigns
- ✓8+ years’ experience in digital marketing paid media management
- ✓Industry-recognized certifications for Google Ads, Campaign Manager 360, Display + Video 360, Search Ads 360, and Google Analytics
- ✓Experience with Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
