About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join Jellyfish, a global digital marketing agency. This role involves managing client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring operational excellence. You will act as a trusted advisor, aligning Jellyfish's solutions with client business objectives while identifying opportunities for innovation and expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage client relationships as the primary point of contact for Enterprise clients or as the client lead for Scale accounts
- →Drive account growth by identifying opportunities for new products, services, or initiatives
- →Ensure operational excellence through effective project management and maintaining client health metrics
- →Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of best-in-class client management practices
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
- →Maintain accurate client data in Salesforce and produce well-articulated briefs aligned with client goals
- →Stay current with industry trends and act as a trusted advisor to clients
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of experience in Account/Client Management in an agency space, working with B2B clients
- ✓Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin/traditional Chinese
- ✓Excellent communication and presentation skills
- ✓Strong understanding of Google Marketing Platform tools: DV360, SA360, Google Ads, and GA360
- ✓Translate client objectives into clear media briefs for activation teams
- ✓Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in using Google Analytics
- ✓Strategic thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities
- ✓Proven leadership experience, including mentoring junior team members and managing cross-functional teams
- ✓Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- ✓Business acumen to align solutions with client objectives and drive account growth
- ✓Provide strategic guidance to clients on the use of programmatic, search, analytics, and social media advertising
- ✓Client-centric mindset with a proactive approach to providing solutions
- ✓Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- ✓Ability to identify potential obstacles and develop actionable solutions
