Key Responsibilities
- →Own Entity Compliance: Keep corporate entities in "Good Standing" across the US and Canada
- →Protect the Brand: Monitor intellectual property presence and initiate cease-and-desist workflows
- →Investigate & Educate: Handle complex consumer escalations and spearhead compliance training
- →Drive Product & Process Improvements: Partner with Engineering and Product teams to implement systemic improvements
- →Run Tight Audits: Lead compliance audits across operations
- →Automate Everything: Use AI and low-code tools to create scalable workflows
Requirements
