About the Role

Kineto is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and maintain our cloud-native platform. This role focuses on scalability, reliability, and automated operations for our AI-powered web applications.

Key Responsibilities

→Design, implement, and manage core infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
→Build and operate resilient, highly available distributed systems using Kubernetes (GKE), Knative, and related technologies
→Automate infrastructure lifecycle using Terraform and Terragrunt
→Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools
→Optimize and manage multi-tenant data layer on Postgres and Neon
→Drive site reliability engineering practices including monitoring, alerting, and incident response
→Implement platform-wide performance tuning
→Ensure platform security and compliance
→Own major infrastructure roadmap items
→Champion DevOps and SRE principles across the engineering team

Requirements

✓Five or more years of experience building and operating large-scale cloud-native infrastructure
✓Deep hands-on expertise with GCP (or AWS/Azure) and Kubernetes administration
✓Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools, particularly Terraform
✓Solid understanding of Linux internals, networking, security, and distributed system design
✓Familiarity with CI/CD tools, GitOps, monitoring stacks, and logging systems
✓Experience in cross-functional teams and clear communication of complex infrastructure ideas
