About the Role
We are looking for a legal professional to join our Legal team and support the procurement function at JetBrains. This role focuses on the lifecycle management of supplier and vendor agreements, ensuring commercial objectives are achieved while maintaining legal and operational safeguards.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and drive the end-to-end contract management process for procurement-related agreements
- →Review, draft, and negotiate supplier agreements
- →Assess incoming contracts and define an appropriate review and negotiation strategy
- →Act as a project manager for contract negotiations with suppliers
- →Partner closely with Procurement and business stakeholders to ensure contracts support operational and strategic objectives
- →Identify contractual and operational risks associated with supplier agreements
- →Drive appropriate internal reviews with relevant stakeholders
- →Manage contract execution processes
- →Ensure proper post-signature governance by archiving agreements and tracking contractual obligations
Requirements
- ✓A degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
- ✓5+ years of relevant post-university experience
- ✓Strong experience in commercial contract review and negotiation
- ✓Practical understanding of risk assessment
- ✓Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive processes across cross-functional teams
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- ✓Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple parallel negotiations
- ✓Experience working with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools or ticketing systems is an advantage
