About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to help shape our HR technology landscape at JetBrains. This role involves working closely with product managers, HR stakeholders, and technical teams to streamline HR processes and translate complex business needs into clear, actionable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

→Partner with HR teams to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
→Facilitate interviews, workshops, and discussions with diverse stakeholders.
→Consolidate inputs into structured business requirements and user stories.
→Analyze and document current HR processes and data flows.
→Work with product managers to design future-state solutions.
→Prepare and maintain documentation for processes and systems.
→Define and track key product metrics to evaluate effectiveness.

Requirements

✓Mid- to senior-level experience as a business analyst or product manager.
✓Experience with HR technology projects or internal tools.
✓Understanding of core HR processes (recruiting, onboarding, performance reviews, payroll, benefits).
✓Experience with both SaaS HR systems and custom in-house tools.
✓Strong skills in gathering and documenting business requirements, mapping processes, and working with complex rules.
✓Proficiency with prototyping and diagramming tools.
✓Basic understanding of software development and system architecture.
✓Comfort working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
✓Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across functions.
✓Working proficiency in English.
