About the Role
We are looking for a strategic leader to join JFrog's HR team, responsible for developing and implementing global rewards and HR technology infrastructure. This executive role requires partnership with leadership to align rewards strategies with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with CHRO and executive leadership to develop and execute a global total rewards strategy
- →Provide primary support for the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors
- →Own and evolve the global compensation philosophy, including job architecture and salary structures
- →Oversee strategy, design, and administration of global health, wellness, and retirement programs
- →Develop strategic roadmap for HR technology, emphasizing HRIS (Oracle) and integrated systems
- →Leverage advanced data analytics and predictive modeling to assess program effectiveness
- →Ensure compliance with global and local regulations, including GDPR and CCPA
Requirements
- ✓15+ years of progressive HR experience with focus on Total Rewards and HR Operations
- ✓History of hiring, mentoring, and retaining top talent in global high-growth SaaS environments
- ✓Ability to think strategically while maintaining operational excellence
- ✓Superior communication and executive presentation skills
- ✓Deep understanding of financial and tax implications of compensation and benefits
- ✓Expert proficiency in HRIS architecture (Oracle preferred) and advanced data visualization tools
