The incumbent will ensure smooth execution of influencer campaigns by maintaining content quality, alignment with brand objectives, and timely deliverables. This position plays a critical role in driving operational excellence and strengthening the organizationβs creator network within assigned regions.</div>

Team is responsible for driving revenue through strategic commercialization of the companyβs owned fictional and non-fictional IP assets and brings together talent management, brand partnerships, strategy, and content, working collaboratively to unlock long-term value for creators and brands alike. Key Responsibilities:
β’ Manage and nurture relationships with regional artists, influencers, and creators across digital, entertainment, and marketing platforms. Serve as the primary liaison between artists and the organization, effectively resolving queries, issues, and logistical requirements to ensure smooth collaboration.
β’ Lead negotiations on commercial terms, pricing, and deliverables with artists, managers, and agencies while maintaining alignment with organizational budgets and margin goals.
β’ Review and evaluate artist-generated content to ensure consistency with campaign objectives, brand tone, and compliance standards. Collaborate with content and strategy
β’ teams to align creative output with the intended narrative and campaign goals.
β’ Partner with internal teams including Campaign Operations, Sales, and Creative to facilitate seamless campaign execution and timely content delivery.
β’ Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and influencer landscape and identify emerging creators and new content formats.
β’ Work closely with creators to build structured, data-backed growth plans that go beyond content posting and focus on long-term brand and audience development.
Skills & Attributes for success:
β’ Strong local artist & talent management expertise β experience in managing artists, influencers, creators or talents across entertainment, digital media or marketing domains.
β’ Skilled in resolving queries, and serving as the primary liaison/SPOC between the artist and the organisation
β’ Contracting, Agreements & compliance β Strong understanding of artist agreements, onboarding documentation, contract clauses, deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity and indemnification terms. Ensuring artists comply with brands guidelines, platforms regulations & legal requirements
β’ Negotiation & Commercial acumen β expertise in rate negotiation with artists, managers, agencies & other stakeholders
β’ Content management & Quality assurance β skilled in production understanding, reviewing artist generated content, and ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, tone, messaging, and compliance frameworks.
β’ Commercially driven with a focus on revenue growth.
Preferred Education & Experience:
β’ Bachelorβs degree required; MBA preferred, with 3β5 years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or brand partnerships.
