About the Role
We are looking for a Regional Influencer Marketing Manager to manage relationships with regional creators, influencers, and artists. This role involves overseeing artist onboarding, contracting, negotiations, and ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage and nurture relationships with regional artists, influencers, and creators across digital, entertainment, and marketing platforms
- →Oversee artist onboarding, agreements, and documentation processes
- →Lead negotiations on commercial terms, pricing, and deliverables with artists
- →Review and evaluate artist-generated content to ensure consistency with campaign objectives
- →Collaborate with content and strategy teams to align creative output with campaign goals
Requirements
- ✓Strong local artist & talent management expertise
- ✓Experience in managing artists, influencers, creators, or talents across entertainment, digital media, or marketing domains
- ✓Contracting, Agreements & Compliance knowledge
- ✓Negotiation & Commercial Acumen
- ✓Content management & quality assurance skills
- ✓Master's in business administration with 6+ years of work experience
- ✓Tamil language proficiency is mandatory
