About the Role
We are looking for a Content Manager to lead content strategy and execution across multiple client accounts. This role involves crafting high-quality content that drives business results and transforming marketing objectives into compelling messaging. Key Responsibilities
- →Lead client-facing conversations to define goals and provide strategic recommendations
- →Develop and execute content strategies across multiple formats aligned with business objectives
- →Research industries, audiences, and competitors to inform content plans
- →Write, edit, and refine high-quality content for articles, webpages, emails, social media, and display ads
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SEO, paid media, design, and development
- →Create and maintain toolkits, templates, and guidelines for scalable content delivery
- →Identify opportunities to improve content quality and client satisfaction
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of experience leading content strategy and client-facing projects, preferably in creative or digital agencies
- ✓Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across multiple content formats
- ✓Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting to senior stakeholders
- ✓Familiarity with or interest in the healthcare sector is a strong advantage
- ✓Proficiency in SEO research, keyword strategy, UX writing principles, and content performance metrics
- ✓Comfortable collaborating with design teams using tools such as Figma
- ✓Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- ✓Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with cross-functional teams
