About the Role
We are looking for a Data Governance Manager to lead the management and oversight of the organization’s Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) ecosystem. This role focuses on ensuring documentation is current, compliant, and accessible across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and maintain the SOP management platform, ensuring documents are up-to-date, approved, and archived
- →Coordinate SOP lifecycle activities including drafting, stakeholder review, approval, and publication
- →Partner with SMEs and managers to maintain compliance with governance schedules and standards
- →Define, enforce, and continuously improve SOP governance, including version control and approval hierarchies
- →Integrate SOP updates with training content and quality assurance initiatives
- →Design, track, and report SOP governance metrics for leadership review
- →Drive organizational communication and adoption of updated policies and procedures
- →Perform analytics to identify gaps, operational needs, and improvement opportunities
- →Manage projects to ensure SOP and policy compliance across the organization
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- ✓5+ years of experience in document management, process governance, or compliance
- ✓Demonstrated analytical experience in process improvement projects
- ✓Experience with SOP/document management systems (e.g., Whale, Trainual, Confluence, SharePoint, LMS platforms)
- ✓Strong collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- ✓Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- ✓Governance mindset with focus on compliance, accuracy, and process rigor
