This role is responsible for driving global growth through strategic paid media campaigns and demand conversion initiatives. You will own the end-to-end paid acquisition funnel, from audience targeting and creative testing to performance optimization and revenue growth. Partnering with cross-functional teams including analytics, product, lifecycle, and creative, you will identify opportunities to scale globally, refine conversion experiences, and maximize ROI. Accountabilities: • Develop, execute, and optimize global paid media programs across channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, Programmatic, Affiliate, and SEO. • Tailor campaigns to regional markets, adapting creative, messaging, and targeting strategies to cultural nuances. • Lead experimentation on funnel performance to identify drop-off points and design conversion rate optimization tests. • Analyze channel performance, LTV/CAC efficiency, and incremental impact across regions and audience segments. • Partner with Analytics, Finance, and leadership teams to refine forecasting, attribution, and reporting frameworks. • Collaborate cross-functionally to align campaigns with retention and monetization strategies. • Drive creative testing strategies and translate funnel insights into high-quality briefs for global campaigns.Requirements: • 4–7+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid acquisition, or growth marketing, with global experience strongly preferred. • Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar paid media budgets and drive subscription or revenue growth. • Deep understanding of media platforms (Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, Programmatic) and optimization levers. • Strong expertise in funnel analysis, experimentation, and conversion optimization. • Advanced analytics skills, including experience with Looker, Amplitude, GA4, SQL, and MMPs. • Ability to tailor marketing strategies across multiple countries and cultural contexts. • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global, remote-first environment.Benefits: • Competitive base salary of $125,500–$182,500, with equity and performance-based incentives. • Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance (fully paid for employees). • 401(k) plan with company matching. • Flexible PTO and 13 company-wide days off annually, plus synchronized winter and summer shutdowns. • Mental wellness programs and Employee Assistance Program (EAP). • Learning and development opportunities. • Remote work support, including equipment and reimbursement for a productive home office. • Complimentary product access and membership benefits.
