You will own growth end to end, from customer acquisition and conversion to retention and revenue expansion. Working directly with founders and cross-functional leaders, you will set direction, make data-informed decisions, and move quickly from strategy to execution. This is a builder role for someone who thrives in ambiguity and feels energized by real-time problem solving. You will balance big-picture thinking with deep tactical involvement to drive measurable outcomes. The environment values ownership, urgency, and clear thinking under pressure.
