About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Product Marketing to define how a complex healthcare technology platform is positioned, launched, and adopted in the market. This senior leadership role involves shaping product marketing strategy and driving adoption across multiple customer segments.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and own product positioning and messaging across customer segments and channels
- →Develop and execute a data-driven product marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
- →Lead go-to-market planning for new product launches and major updates
- →Build and deliver sales enablement materials including messaging frameworks and training programs
- →Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to optimize product marketing efforts
- →Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and trends
- →Partner cross-functionally to drive product adoption and refine messaging
- →Build, mentor, and lead a product marketing team
- →Represent the organization externally at industry events
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of product marketing experience with at least 2 years in leadership
- ✓Strong experience marketing to healthcare organizations
- ✓Proven ability to develop go-to-market strategies for complex B2B products
