About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to serve as the primary Marketing Operations partner for Demand Generation and Growth Marketing teams. This role focuses on campaign infrastructure, audience segmentation, and operational support to enable high-velocity campaign execution in a fast-paced, product-led growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with the Demand Generation team to operationalize campaigns, including audience segmentation, list pulls, and automation workflows
- →Ensure campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting are accurate to measure pipeline impact
- →Evaluate and implement new demand generation technologies to improve campaign effectiveness
- →Collaborate with the Data team to develop analytics and insights that inform targeting and campaign strategy
- →Build and maintain repeatable campaign templates, workflows, and data processes
- →Proactively identify opportunities to improve lead quality and conversion rates
- →Provide day-to-day technical support and best-practice guidance to marketing stakeholders
- →Document processes and contribute to internal playbooks for campaign execution
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of Marketing Operations experience in SaaS or high-growth startups
- ✓Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms and Salesforce
- ✓Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, campaign execution, and attribution tracking
- ✓Experience building and maintaining campaign workflows, audience segmentation, and reporting
- ✓Comfortable collaborating closely with stakeholders
