About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Manager to join our organization in London, UK. This hands-on role involves building robust financial systems and collaborating with leadership to drive financial excellence in a dynamic, project-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage comprehensive end-to-end financial operations, including invoicing, payments, expense management, and collections
- →Own project financial management responsibilities, including budgeting, cost tracking, and variance analysis
- →Prepare detailed monthly financial reports, cash flow summaries, and financial statements
- →Support strategic budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives
- →Coordinate effectively with external stakeholders including accountants, auditors, banks, and consultants
- →Ensure full financial compliance with applicable regulations and maintain proper documentation
- →Analyze contract financial terms and manage milestone-based payments
- →Build, document, and continuously improve internal finance processes and controls
- →Contribute to the strategic development and scaling of the finance department
- →Provide analytical insights and financial recommendations to support leadership
