About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support a Fixed Income Product Control team. This role involves daily financial reporting and analysis of profit and loss activity to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
Key Responsibilities
- →Produce daily profit and loss (P&L) reporting for fixed income strategies
- →Reconcile business-estimated P&L against firm financial records
- →Investigate and resolve daily P&L breaks and variances
- →Partner with trading, finance, risk, and operations teams to resolve issues
- →Maintain documentation and support ongoing process improvements
Requirements
- ✓Experience supporting finance, accounting, or analytical functions
- ✓Strong Excel skills, including formulas, reconciliations, and pivot tables
- ✓High attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills
- ✓Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- ✓Clear written and verbal communication skills
