About the Role

We are a Canadian IT consulting firm seeking an International IT Sourcer to support our recruitment pipeline. This role focuses strictly on sourcing and prospecting, not full-cycle recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• →Conduct structured searches on LinkedIn and other platforms to identify IT consultants for roles in Canada
• →Build Boolean searches and targeted search filters
• →Execute outreach campaigns using provided templates (connection requests, messages, follow-ups)
• →Gather CVs and upload them into our ATS/shared folders
• →Maintain organized tracking of sourced candidates and outreach status
• →Provide regular updates to the internal team through brief written summaries during the week
• →Communicate proactively if challenges arise or if criteria need clarification
• →Follow sourcing criteria for multiple roles and mandates simultaneously
