About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Manager to join our team. This pivotal role involves overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure seamless execution of processes and exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- →Oversee daily opening and closing procedures, ensuring all systems and facilities are ready for operation
- →Manage staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and shift coordination
- →Train, supervise, and support team members to maintain high performance standards
- →Conduct regular safety and security checks to ensure a secure and compliant work environment
