About the Role
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific time-bound projects and programs. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
- →Maintain and track the integrated program plan, milestones, and deliverables across all streams
- →Own and drive the central RAID log, ensuring timely updates, escalations, and mitigation follow-up
- →Support the BA Leads and Test Manager in tracking SOP readiness, testing progress, and issue resolution
- →Coordinate vendor follow-ups, steering inputs, and site readiness reports
- →Consolidate weekly reporting inputs from BAs, PMO tools, and team leads for Steering Committees or leadership
- →Act as the delivery link between program governance and site-level execution
- →Support Go/No-Go planning, cutover preparation, and execution checklists
Requirements

- ✓Managing relationships with stakeholders and ensuring that all project requirements are met
