About the Role
We are looking for a professional Sales Manager fluent in Arabic and English to lead and drive the performance of our brokerage sales team. This role focuses on developing sales strategies to close high-value real estate transactions and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- →Recruit, train, and coach sales agents
- →Set individual sales targets and KPIs for the team
- →Conduct daily sales meetings to motivate the team
- →Develop and implement sales strategies
- →Assign leads to sales agents and track sales activities
- →Ensure monthly and annual sales targets are met
- →Maintain strong relationships with developers, landlords, and key clients
- →Negotiate deals and ensure high client satisfaction
- →Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports
- →Monitor ratios, lead response time, and closing rate
Requirements
- ✓Fluency in both Arabic and English languages
- ✓Proven experience in sales management, preferably in real estate
- ✓Strong leadership and team management skills
- ✓Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
- ✓Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- ✓Knowledge of the real estate market in KSA
- ✓Experience in preparing sales performance reports
