About the Role
We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join Homes England, the government’s housing and regeneration agency. This role will provide strategic HR support to a Directorate, enabling the achievement of business strategy and goals.
Key Responsibilities
- →Supervise and manage complex activities within the People Function, including supporting change management initiatives and identifying people risks
- →Use advanced influencing techniques to drive change and gain buy-in from stakeholders
- →Utilise professional HR knowledge to support the development of policies and procedures
- →Coordinate activities with awareness of related operations across the Agency
- →Make informed decisions to improve procedures and operational plans
- →Contribute to the performance of the Agency through resource utilisation and expert advisory services
Requirements
- ✓Chartered member of the CIPD or a relevant degree/NVQ level 7 equivalent in Human Resource Management
- ✓Experienced in effective business partnering
- ✓Demonstrable business acumen and leadership skills
- ✓Highly effective networker with strong relationship skills
- ✓Broad generalist operational and strategic HR experience in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Experience of guiding leaders through effective organisational change
- ✓Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
