About the Role
Juniper Square is seeking an experienced client-focused Project Manager to manage new and current clients through onboarding and project work. The PM will be responsible for planning and executing projects while building positive client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- →Independently own successful project delivery for clients
- →Establish and maintain client relationships with key stakeholders
- →Facilitate project meetings and prepare meeting minutes
- →Manage project risk by appropriate escalation
- →Manage multiple work streams concurrently
- →Serve as primary point of contact and escalation point for clients
- →Communicate project objectives across the organization
- →Work with clients to overcome blockers and drive progress
- →Track project milestones and ensure deadlines are met
- →Address client questions and concerns
- →Partner with stakeholders for successful production transitions
- →Expand industry knowledge and project management skills
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in project management
- ✓Enterprise customer-facing experience with stakeholders at large organizations
- ✓Experience in private markets, finance, investments, or fund administration
- ✓Demonstrated leadership ability
- ✓Strong prioritization skills for time, resources, tasks, and people
- ✓Excellent communication skills
- ✓Flexibility, organization, and assertiveness
- ✓Strong reasoning and judgment skills
- ✓Ability to work under pressure
- ✓Creativity and teamwork abilities
- ✓Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
