About the Role

We are looking for a Solutions Consultant to join Juniper Square, a company digitizing private markets to make them more accessible. This role is integral to the Sales Organization, serving as a technical expert who consults with prospective customers to solve complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

→Present tailored demonstrations of Juniper Square’s technology solutions to technical audiences
→Develop mastery of our software’s features to position Juniper Square as the optimal solution
→Conduct discovery calls to understand a prospect’s systems and technology stack
→Synthesize customer needs to influence product roadmap
→Create detailed proof of concepts to help prospects envision operational improvements
→Respond to RFPs positioning Juniper Square as the optimal solution
→Maintain knowledge of the software’s product roadmap
→Serve as the voice of Sales in new product and service go-to-market initiatives

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s degree and 4-7+ years of experience in private markets investments, private markets technology, or consulting
✓Deeply curious to uncover prospect problems and solve them through creative problem-solving
✓Low ego and ability to win as a team
✓In-depth knowledge of financial and private markets concepts
✓Exceptional presentation and written communication skills
✓Strong collaborator who enjoys working cross-functionally
✓Performs well in a fast-growing and evolving team
✓Open to traveling at least once a month for in-person meetings
