About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented C++ Engineer to join our team and ensure the reliability and stability of the company's infrastructure. Our team has unique expertise in research, analysis, and product development, creating disruptive innovations in the fin-tech industry.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design the full architecture of the core platform and its supporting systems
- →Make key technical decisions on C++ stack, infrastructure, and overall system design
- →Build the initial production-ready implementation
- →Establish engineering standards, development practices, and a high bar for code quality
- →Contribute to hiring efforts, including technical evaluations
- →Collaborate directly with the CEO and Head of Engineering
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of commercial C++ (C++17/20) development experience
- ✓Experience with high-performance or financial systems
- ✓Deep knowledge of low-level optimization, memory management, concurrency, and lock-free structures
- ✓Solid understanding of network protocols: TCP/UDP, WebSocket, FIX
- ✓Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, or similar data stores
- ✓Basic understanding of distributed systems design
- ✓Knowledge with Rust or other systems languages is a plus
