About the Role

We are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to join our team at JustMarkets. This role focuses on driving our vision and leading transformative marketing initiatives across the Latin America region.

Key Responsibilities

→Collaborate with Country Directors to shape and improve the regional commercial plan
→Oversee the growth and management of all marketing/branding efforts in the Latin America region
→Architect and refine comprehensive briefs for events and campaigns
→Actively engage with the Marketing Team to solve business problems and provide strategic advice
→Initiate and interpret market research and competitive analyses within the Latin America region
→Ensure seamless collaboration with the compliance team to find new marketing prospects
→Diligently monitor and report on key performance indicators
→Play a key role in post-campaign evaluations and strategic recalibrations
→Oversee regional marketing spend, ensuring it aligns with strategic objectives
→Act as a key marketing bridge and advocate in regional forums
→Develop and synchronize quarterly and annual campaign programs

Requirements

✓At least 2 years in a similar role with experience in developing and executing comprehensive GTM strategies tailored to Argentina/Latin America markets
✓Expertise in creating and implementing effective SMM strategies to boost engagement and brand awareness
✓Experience in PR and influence marketing management
✓Proficiency in web and mobile app analytics, with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
✓Experience managing monthly marketing budgets ranging from $20,000
