About the Role
We are looking for an HR Business Partner to support our Head Office service functions. This role involves collaborating closely with managers to build high-performing teams and ensure the organization remains a top choice for both employees and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Act as the trusted HR partner for leadership teams
- →Drive leadership and specialist development, training, and coaching initiatives
- →Partner with leaders on performance management and organizational effectiveness
- →Identify, develop, and retain internal talent
- →Advise managers on employee relations and disciplinary matters
- →Ensure HR policies, tools, and KPIs while supporting a strong workplace
- →Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen and optimize the organization
Requirements
- ✓Experience in HR business partnering within a global organization
- ✓A solid HR toolbox and experience in strategic HR
- ✓Experience working independently with senior stakeholders
- ✓Demonstrated ability to develop and implement new processes and activities
- ✓Experience with enabling talent and succession management as well as implementing development activities for specialist roles
- ✓Fluent in Danish and English (oral and written)
- ✓Solid experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
- ✓Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and service functions
- ✓Strong background in talent development, leadership training, and coaching
- ✓Hands-on approach with the ability to both challenge and support
- ✓Good understanding of labour law and employee relations
- ✓A proactive mindset and ability to work independently
