About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Platform Engineer for Developer Experience to join our team at JYSK Head Office in Brabrand. This role focuses on building and maintaining internal developer tools and platforms to improve productivity and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and maintain internal developer tools, platforms, and frameworks
- →Shape the strategic direction of the DevEx team
- →Collaborate with developers to identify pain points and drive improvements
- →Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation processes
- →Stay updated on new technologies and propose new ideas for platforms
- →Mentor and collaborate with IT colleagues to strengthen knowledge-sharing
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience shaping Developer Experience
- ✓Great communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- ✓Strong programming skills in Java, PHP, or JavaScript
- ✓Solid experience with CI/CD systems like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Argo Workflows
- ✓Ability to balance working with legacy systems and new services
- ✓Ability to break down and prioritize large and complex features
- ✓Proactive approach to improving solutions and challenging the status quo
- ✓You need to be available in our Head Office in Brabrand at least 3 days per week.
