About the Role
We are looking for a Product Owner to join JYSK’s team and contribute to meeting strategic targets. This role focuses on ensuring high-quality work delivery and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and prioritise the Team Backlog to maximise business value
- →Lead and develop Business Solution Specialists toward strong performance
- →Set and communicate a clear team-level product vision and roadmap
- →Translate strategy and stakeholder needs into actionable User Stories
- →Ensure delivery readiness and quality through timely decisions and clarifications
- →Work closely with the IT Delivery Lead to secure predictable delivery
- →Drive refinement sessions to ensure shared understanding and alignment
- →Engage stakeholders and support smooth adoption of changes
Requirements
