About the Role
We are looking for a Go Backend Developer to join our team at Kaiko, a global fintech company specializing in digital asset market information. This role involves designing, developing, and testing new products and systems while improving existing ones.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services and APIs using Go
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions
- →Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following software development best practices
- →Optimize code for performance, reliability, and scalability
- →Provide on-call technical support for critical issues
- →Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- →Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance
- →Stay updated with the latest trends in Go and related technologies
- →Test products at every stage from prototype to market release
- →Design upgrades and improvements for products or processes
- →Create detailed technical documentation
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- ✓Strong experience developing backend services, data pipelines, and microservices
- ✓Proficiency in concurrent programming, goroutines, and Go’s built-in data structures
- ✓Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) and query optimization
- ✓Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
- ✓Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
- ✓Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
- ✓Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools
- ✓Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- ✓Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- ✓Strong communication and collaboration skills
