About the Role
We are looking for a UX Researcher to join Kaizen Gaming, a leading GameTech company powering Betano. You will play a pivotal role in shaping product direction by delivering deep user understanding through research, behavioral data, and user feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- →Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research (user interviews, surveys, usability testing, concept validation) to understand user needs and behaviors.
- →Collect, analyze, and synthesize ongoing user feedback from multiple sources, ensuring insights are interpreted with proper context.
- →Maintain and evolve research and user feedback repositories as a trusted source of truth.
- →Define standards for documentation, tagging, synthesis, and sharing of research and feedback.
- →Combine research findings, user feedback, and behavioral/product data to deliver actionable insights.
- →Connect user journeys with business and product outcomes, identifying friction points and opportunities.
- →Define and monitor UX- and product-related metrics to assess experience quality and impact.
- →Work closely with Product, Design, and BI to interpret user behavior at scale.
- →Contribute to dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support informed decision-making.
- →Translate insights into clear narratives that influence product and design decisions.
- →Act as a customer advocate, ensuring user perspectives are represented across teams.
- →Support the evolution of UX research practices and knowledge-sharing processes.
Requirements
- ✓3–6+ years of experience in UX Research, Product Research, or a related insights role.
- ✓Strong end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research skills.
- ✓Demonstrated experience managing and synthesizing continuous user feedback.
- ✓Experience creating, maintaining, or contributing to research and feedback repositories.
- ✓Comfort working with product analytics, behavioral data, and UX metrics.
- ✓Familiarity with tools such as GA4, dashboards, and data visualization platforms.
- ✓Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
- ✓A customer-centric, analytical mindset.
- ✓Confidence operating in fast-paced, cross-functional, Agile environments.
