About the Role
Keeper Security is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to join their high-producing B2B sales division. This role involves growing revenue in established client accounts using Keeper's industry-leading cybersecurity solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build strong relationships with executives and C-Level customer contacts
- →Manage and negotiate contract renewals, cross-sells, and upsells
- →Expand global accounts across other business units and geographies
- →Establish business and technical goals via regular discussions and Quarterly Business Reviews
- →Maintain a structured cadence with named customer accounts
- →Advise customers on best practices for securing their business
- →Drive customer advocacy through references, referrals, and case studies
- →Perform data-driven reviews and analysis on customer portfolios
- →Champion Keeper Security’s Customer Success programs
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in full cycle or strategic growth SaaS sales
- ✓Strong technical knowledge of identity management software
- ✓Experience working with and selling to enterprise organizations
- ✓Unrivaled sense of autonomy and dedication to helping customers
- ✓Energetic and self-motivated team player
- ✓Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Working knowledge of Salesforce.com and Salesloft
- ✓Undergraduate degree preferred
- ✓Experience in Cybersecurity or IAM industry strongly preferred
