About the Role

We are looking for an Implementation Consultant to join Keyloop, a company that empowers car dealers and manufacturers through digital transformation. This role involves guiding clients through the complete implementation process of our innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

→Conduct needed analyses and translate requirements into functional and technical solutions.
→Configure, test, and implement our software at client sites.
→Advise clients on process improvement and best practices.
→Deliver workshops and training sessions for key users and end users.
→Document configurations, processes, and deliverables.
→Collaborate closely with development, support, and project management teams.
→Provide assistance with incident resolution and change requests.

Requirements

✓Fluent in Dutch and French and can professionally support customers in both languages.
✓Strong knowledge of accounting, such as financial processes, VAT, and analytical accounting.
✓Experience as an implementation consultant, key user, functional analyst, or similar role.
✓Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✓Technically minded and eager to learn new tools and systems.
✓Customer-oriented, structured, and able to work autonomously.
