About the Role
We are looking for a high-caliber Quantitative Analyst Intern to join our Strategic Market Making team at Keyrock, a leading digital asset market maker. In this role, you will assist in developing modular Python-based libraries, perform deep-dive statistical analysis on trade-level data, and analyze incentive structures of leading protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- →Assist in the development of modular Python-based libraries to standardize performance metrics and unify global trading data
- →Perform deep-dive statistical analysis on trade-level data to decompose PnL drivers and identify execution drag
- →Analyze incentive structures and market-making programs of leading protocols to optimize participation
- →Build and maintain automated workflows that convert raw order book data into actionable insights
- →Proactively track market microstructure signals and portfolio exposures to highlight emerging risks
Requirements
- ✓Recent or upcoming graduate from a top university in financial engineering, mathematics, physics, computer science, or a related quantitative field
- ✓Solid foundation in Python (specifically for data science) and SQL
- ✓Strong academic background in a quantitative field with comfort in probability, statistics, and linear algebra
- ✓Track record of running automated or semi-automated strategies
- ✓Working knowledge of traditional equity market structure and understanding of Perpetual DEX dynamics
- ✓Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple workstreams
- ✓Fluency in English with the ability to explain complex technical concepts
