About the Role
We are looking for a Quantitative Researcher to join Keyrock, a leading digital asset market maker. This role involves contributing to the P&L of the Algorithmic Market Making (MM) desk through research and development of alpha-generating signals.
Key Responsibilities
- →Research and develop alpha-generating signals.
- →Build statistical models and ML frameworks.
- →Collaborate with developers and traders on strategy implementation.
- →Add value across the profit pipeline including alpha generation, inventory management, risk management, execution and strategy logic.
Requirements
- ✓3+ years quantitative research experience within a HFT/MFT systematic environment
- ✓Advanced degree in quantitative field preferred (Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering)
- ✓Python expertise with proven research track record
- ✓Critical thinker and data-driven decision maker
- ✓Entrepreneurial drive
- ✓Experience with market-leading modelling and learning methods
- ✓Experience with the high performance requirements of HFT and understanding of how systems need to adapt to compete at low latencies
- ✓Experience in both traditional finance (TradFi) and cryptocurrency markets is highly desirable
- ✓Elevated communication skills and fluency in English to be able to work effectively with globally distributed teams.
