About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Licensed Sales Manager to join Kin Insurance, a remote-first company that makes life simpler and better for homeowners. This role is crucial in building and leading our sales teams as we expand into new territories.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and exceed quotas
- →Coach, empower, and engage 12-14 diverse Kin Sales Agents
- →Meet/exceed target performance standards for agents
- →Provide data reporting and analysis of team and individual Agent performance
- →Establish relationships with key personnel in other departments
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development
- →Develop new sales initiatives and programs
- →Assist in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training of new Sales Agents
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of sales experience with 2+ years managing Sales Agents
- ✓Active Property and Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines (PL) license
- ✓Track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- ✓Mastery of the insurance sales process
- ✓Proficiency with sales software, reporting tools, and data-driven decision making
- ✓Dedication to understanding agent and customer needs
- ✓Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Shift & Training Requirements
- ✓Available Monday–Friday for 9am - 6pm CST shift
- ✓Rotating Saturday shift required every 4–6 weeks
