About the Role
Kin Insurance is seeking an experienced Licensed Sales Manager to lead and develop our sales teams as we expand into new territories. You will be responsible for hiring, mentoring, and managing front-line Sales Agents to achieve sales targets and goals.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and exceed quotas
- →Coach, empower, and engage 12-14 diverse Kin Sales Agents
- →Meet and exceed target performance standards for agents
- →Provide data reporting, analysis, and tracking of team and individual Agent performance
- →Establish relationships with key personnel in other departments
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development
- →Assist in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training of new Sales Agents
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of sales experience with 2+ years managing Sales Agents
- ✓Active Property and Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines (PL) license
- ✓Track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- ✓Mastery of the insurance sales process
- ✓Experience overseeing call-center sales teams
- ✓Proficiency with sales software and data-based decisions
- ✓Understanding of agent and customer needs
- ✓Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
