About the Role
We are looking for a Revenue Operations Generalist to join our team at Kinsta, a modern cloud hosting company serving over 25,000 customers. This role will serve as the primary RevOps partner for our Sales organization while expanding our analytics and reporting capabilities across GTM.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as the main RevOps point of contact for Sales
- →Optimize sales workflows and automations in HubSpot
- →Manage sales tools and support onboarding for new hires
- →Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for Sales and GTM teams
- →Deliver ad-hoc analysis with clear, actionable insights
- →Define metrics, success criteria, and data definitions with stakeholders
- →Own the sales process from a systems and data perspective
- →Collaborate closely with Sales, RevOps, and other GTM teams
Requirements
- ✓3–5 years of experience in Sales Ops, RevOps, or Revenue Analytics
- ✓Hands-on ownership of CRM processes and workflows
- ✓Proven experience supporting a commercial sales organization
- ✓Strong HubSpot experience (Sales Hub Enterprise; Marketing Hub Professional)
- ✓Reporting and analytics experience with BI tools
- ✓Comfortable working with SQL
