About the Role
We are looking for a Support Engineer to join Kinsta, a top provider of managed WordPress hosting. This role involves providing world-class technical support to customers through live chat, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Take ownership of customer issues and resolve them completely
- →Research, troubleshoot, and identify solutions for customer problems
- →Follow standard procedures for escalating unresolved issues
- →Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- →Continuously improve technical and non-technical skills
Requirements
- ✓Completely fluent in English with excellent written communication skills
- ✓Great customer service skills with online customer service experience
- ✓Experience with technologies like Linux, NGINX, MySQL/MariaDB, PHP, DNS, CDN, and caching
- ✓Understanding of WordPress database and file structures
- ✓Comfortable navigating command line environments
